Courtney Q. Jones  is the visionary founder of The Receivership Institute. With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and community revitalization, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the program. He holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning and has successfully led numerous projects that have transformed underserved neighborhoods in Chicago.
His accolades include the Community Leadership Award, the Real Estate Innovator of the Year Award, and being named one of Crain's Chicago Business's 2022 Notable Leaders in Community Development. His work is also featured in Crain’s, which highlights him and his firm’s impact on the city’s residential portfolio and community development efforts.
Courtney is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders in real estate and land restoration. As our past President who served two terms, he was the mastermind and catalyst behind launching the Receivership Program—a powerful initiative now offered through the Dearborn Realtist Board under his leadership.
